This medical facility offers cutting-edge therapy alternatives for patients diagnosed with various types of cancers. For the IGRT, a sophisticated electron beam radiation therapy, the walls and ceiling were required to be made of 5′ – 6′ thick concrete. The facility is approximately 10,000 sf TI (Tenant Finished Out). This 7-month renovation was $2.2 million and completed in March 2010.
